Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Sales in the DACH region, we are looking for a Sales Manager who will focus her / his energy on rigorously expanding our client base and contributing to the growth of the company. Responsible for pipeline development and closing in the assigned market, with a primary focus on new business.
Acquisition of new clients, grow business and expand client base
Manage business relationships/sales activities towards existing clients and prospects (independent hotels
and chains) in assigned sales areas (South Germany area code 6-9 and parts of Austria)
Map the market and its opportunities to develop and deliver upon a sales pipeline across all Hoist Group
service offerings with a focus on Hotel TV/ Guest Internet / Content and Managed Service Solutions
Conduct face to face meetings with potential clients and prepare presentations on Hoist Group products and services
Negotiate and manage the contracting process to the point of signature – closing and hand-over deals to the deployment organisation to execute
Report Sales activities in the CRM system
Provide market and competitor updates
Participate in weekly conference call with rest of DACH Sales team
Represent Hoist Group at events and road shows, use marketing solution and support to drive business growth
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in New Business Sales / Business Development
Bachelor´s degree or equivalent preferred (technical or MBA), affinity to technical solutions (Networks, Communication Systems, Software, TV/ Wifi)
Sales Experience from TV Systems, Internet Access, and Networks and/or Managed Services
Hospitality industry knowledge is considered as a plus
