Description

We’re looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to take ownership of the full sales process— from sourcing leads and cold calling, to nurturing prospects, securing contracts, and managing client relationships. You’ll be the face of PackPro’s sales efforts, developing strategies to generate and convert high-quality opportunities across key markets.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Cold Outreach
  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases, and networking.
  • Pipeline Management

Track and manage all sales activities in CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate reporting.

  • Sales Strategy Execution

Deliver compelling demos, proposals, and presentations; negotiate contracts and close deals.
Set and achieve weekly/monthly KPIs such as call volume, meetings booked, opportunities, and revenue.
Conduct market research, identify industry trends, and feed strategic insights back to the marketing team.
Coordinate with marketing, engineering, and support teams to ensure smooth customer transitions and quality onboarding.
Analyse outreach performance, optimise messaging and target lists, and iterate on strategies.
