In this role you’ll make an impact by: Proactively seeking new customers and sales opportunities to drive sustainable business growth; prioritize key projects among many opportunities. Responsible for Sales Budget, Sales Estimate, Forecast, etc. Responsible for trademark, IP execution and marketing activities for both initiatives and customers’ needs. Using internal opportunity management tools to develop opportunities into commercialized solution by value-selling and maximum our scientific value and credibility; Driving ideation and innovation workshops, etc.; Providing timely monthly reports, call reports, rolling forecast, competition information, etc Cross-functional coordination with RA, supply chain, finance, GSA and global team, etc. Coordinating among GSA, cross-functional supporting team, and local team to drive the localized projects in China; Distributor management including distributor KPIs, incentive, training, contract, conflict management, etc. To succeed you must hold: Master degree in Food and Nutrition, Chemicals or Biology, MBA is preferred; 8+years of value-selling sales experience in multinational companies, 5+ years in dietary supplement, probiotics, health nutrition or OTC experience is preferred; project management; key account management; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; can impact without authority Strong negotiation skills and presentation skills; Strategic thinking and execution, “Lead for result” and “Customer centricity” mind-set Strong problem-solving skills and stakeholders management; Fluent English of writing and communication.
