Job description:
Over the last 4 years our client have seen significant increases in demand for our fresh fish products. We have expanded our premises 22-fold from our humble beginnings back in 2014 to our current factory which now stands at over16500 sq. meters. We are directly responsible for over 50 members of staff all of whom work extremely hard.
With this in mind and in order to keep our sales maintaining their current rate we are looking to recruit a person who would relish the opportunity to join our dynamic business in a management role.
The successful candidate will predominantly be focused on sales, purchasing and costings and will be expected to provide holiday cover for senior management. They must have good numerical skills and be computer literate. Accuracy is very important. They need to be confident enough to work independently, are self-driven and also enjoy working as a small team in a fast-changing industry??
The nature of the business requires early starts. Start time would be 5:00am and you would be expected to finish when the job finishes.

What we want is a motivated, gritty, hardworking individual who isn’t afraid to put the hours in. This is a taxing role both physically and mentally where sometimes you will be asked to be very much hands on and muck in with all factory staff in order for us to meet deadlines on busy days.
