JOB TITLE: SALES MANAGER – ECO4 ENERGY RETROFIT

Location: St Asaph, North Wales
Salary: Up to £35,000 (depending on experience) + Uncapped Bonus (OTE £80,000)

The Role
As Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the performance of the leads team, ensuring compliant and effective conversion of ECO4 leads. This is a hands-on role focused on leadership, strategy, and performance optimisation within a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the inbound/outbound leads team
  • Qualify, allocate, and monitor ECO4 leads
  • Ensure GDPR and Ofgem compliance is maintained
  • Analyse lead data and report on performance/KPIs
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and compliance teams to maximise conversions

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in lead generation, telesales, or contact centre management
  • Experience within the ECO4 or energy retrofit sector (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong CRM knowledge and data handling skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • A proactive and target-driven mindset
