Welcome to Bosch. Job Description This is a full time permanent position located at our head office in Mississauga, ON. A hybrid work environment is available. In this role, you will be the lead sales manager responsible for engaging the Canadian hydrogen ecosystem to identify and secure electrolyzer business with hydrogen project developers, EPC companies, and capable system integrators. Your responsibilities include: Engage prospective customers to understand their requirements and objectives. Develop a systematic sales execution plan to build trust and secure electrolyzer business contracts. Confidently present Bosch electrolyzer technology to customers, conduct consultative sales meetings, and manage development of customer contract from initial negotiations to successful account acquisition or project award. Cultivate business relationships with key account customers by articulating and promoting Bosch’s PEM electrolyzer technology value proposition. Identify hydrogen project developers, EPCs, and electrolyzer system manufacturers as your primary customer targets. Obtain customer and market information to develop bid value and steer acquisition team responsible for preparing RFIs and RFQs. Coordinate cross-divisional resources (engineering, commercial, legal, manufacturing) in finalization of bid responses to ensure quality, integrity, and accuracy in bid submissions. Lead sales price management in Canadian market, including techno-commercial analysis and risk management for project profitability. Leverage multiple resources and utilize tools to demonstrate electrolyzer capabilities and secure project contracts, including: electrolyzer technology lighthouse projects with target customers, Bosch capabilities demonstration via facility tours and reference customer sites, and developing customer testimonials with clear value generation references. Attend and engage customers at key Canadian trade events to highlight Bosch’s electrolyzer value proposition. Engage with primary Canadian Hydrogen Trade Associations to build network, promote Bosch, and identify project opportunities. Collect, assimilate, and distribute relevant data and customer information gathered through sales interactions with internal stakeholders to drive operational improvements. Qualifications What You Will Bring to the Hydrogen Market: The experience and capabilities below will position you to lead growth in a rapidly evolving energy sector: Bachelor's degree (mechanical / industrial / electrical / power systems engineering, or business field with solid technical understanding). (MBA an asset) 8+ years of sales development or key account management experience in the hydrogen electrolyzer, industrial gas infrastructure, industrial equipment, or power generation systems. Your customer and market knowledge will be in plant engineering, ideally in the electrolysis / hydrogen market. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, from the technology ramp-up phase moving into the commercialization and business scaling phase. Solid consultative sales skills with convincing and confident approach at the customer for the sale of technical products, systems, and service. Independent self-starter, action-oriented and results-driven. Accountable, reliable, and motivated individual that can manage ambiguity and identify clear paths for customer acquisition. Ability to travel up to 35% Ability to thrive in a multi-national and intercultural environment. Can easily work remotely with digital tools for both internal and external communication and collaboration (i.e. Microsoft Teams, project collaboration tools, AI tools, etc.). Comfortable with public speaking and representing Bosch at market outreach events. Proficiency in both English and French languages, including professional-level speaking, writing, and reading abilities. Additional Information This position will have a salary range of $140,000 - $160,000 annually. In addition to the base rate, the position will have annual bonus potential based upon company performance.
