Our Sydney branch is seeking an organised, results-driven Sales Manager to lead and mentor a team of Initial Key Account Managers and Sales Consultants. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will play a critical role in executing growth strategies, achieving sales targets, and fostering a strong performance culture. This role offers a balance of office-based leadership and field engagement, allowing you to coach your team on the road while applying strong time management and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Develop, communicate, and monitor sales strategies and targets to drive sustainable business growth Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed performance objectives Promote ethical and sustainable sales practices, with a strong focus on new customer acquisition Secure major accounts through prospecting, submissions, presentations, tenders, and negotiations Drive new business development opportunities Expand service offerings within existing customer portfolios Collaborate closely with Operations to deliver a customer-first experience About You Proven success in a Sales Management role, preferably within a service-based industry Demonstrated experience in field or territory sales Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and provide constructive feedback Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with operational teams Experience in washroom hygiene is not required, but will be highly regarded Exposure to Government or public-sector accounts is advantageous, though not essential About Rentokil Initial Rentokil Initial is the world’s leading hygiene company, employing over 38,000 people across more than 40 countries.
