Drive Sales Growth: Implement strategies to increase sales and expand the customer base in the Independent Aftermarket Channel in the assigned countries in Europe Customer Strategy: Develop and execute annual profit and five-year strategic plans, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Market Analysis: Identify growth opportunities and competitive information for new products and systems Cost Management: Manage cost reduction programs to support customer initiatives while maintaining profitability. Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong customer-supplier relationships, addressing inquiries, contracts, and complaints. Performance Reporting: Evaluate and communicate customer performance, and deploy action plans to improve satisfaction. BS/MS degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Automotive sales industry, Aftermarket preferred Financial Expertise: Strong proficiency in P&L management, cost estimation, and pricing strategies. Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of the aftermarket sector and its customer base. Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory, along with at least one additional European language. Value Proposition: Proven ability to design and effectively communicate compelling value propositions. Travel: Willingness to travel approximately 30-40% of the time.
