Our Australian subsidiary is expanding rapidly, specialising in tailored payment software engineering, terminal test automation, and automated reconciliation tools such as ReconHub. We partner with acquirers, PSPs, merchants, and network operators to deliver secure, compliant, and innovative solutions.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager (ICT Sales Representative) for this full time role to play a strategic role in advancing Abrantix’s growth in the Australian market. You will drive sales of our core products, foster long-term client relationships, and represent Abrantix as a trusted partner in the payment technology industry.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTIdentify and qualify business clients, lead end-to-end sales (prospecting, proposal, negotiation, and closing).
  • PROMOTE ABRANTIX SOLUTIONSDemonstrate the value of our software engineering products and services, including terminal software, gateways, protocols, and certifications.
  • CLIENT RELATIONSHIP & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENTBuild trust-based stakeholder relationships, act as the primary point of contact, and maintain CRM records of sales activity.
  • MARKET INTELLIGENCEMonitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging payment technologies.
  • EVENTS & NETWORKINGRepresent Abrantix at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

Skills & Experience Required

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in ICT or fintech sales, ideally in payment technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of reconciliation software solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel across Australia as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in ICT, Business, Marketing, FinTech, or a related field; OR
  • At least five years of relevant professional experience in lieu of formal qualifications.
