A little taste of your day-to-day Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve room revenue and market share targets Identify, negotiate, and manage key corporate, government, and leisure accounts Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively sourcing new business Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and networking activities within the Doha market Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account plans as required Collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams Ensure all sales activities align with IHG brand standards and commercial policies What we need from you Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a premium or upscale hotel Strong understanding of the Qatar hospitality and corporate market Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Results-driven with a proactive and organized approach Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Proficient in sales systems and reporting tools
