Report to: General Manager, Philippines Work Location:  Makati   As a key member of the Philippine Sales Leadership Team, this role will champion our growth agenda by leading and inspiring both Field Sales and Internal Sales teams to achieve outstanding performance. You will shape the sales strategy, drive execution across territories, and empower our teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences—fueling RS’s success in the Philippine market and beyond.   What you will be doing... Lead and develop a high‑performing Field & Internal Sales team to exceed territory sales targets. Drive growth across Corporate and Territory Accounts through strategic customer engagement. Use customer and financial data to optimize territory planning and unlock new opportunities. Build a highly engaged, motivated, and performance‑driven sales culture. Partner with internal teams to deliver the full RS value proposition and outstanding customer experience. Ensure accurate sales reporting, data management, and monthly KPI performance insights. Manage budgets and implement sales strategies leveraging RS E‑solutions, Inventory Management, our own brand - RS Pro, and key brand partnerships. What experience we expect from you: Experience in Account Management and proven track record in B2B Sales Results driven which put emphasis on the importance of review process and execution. People Management skills and experience of managing a remote team  Proven track record in building, retaining and motivating a high-performance team. Financial and business awareness with good analytical skills. Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel.  Excellent communication, negotiating and influencing skills.
