Sales Manager – Immigration Consultancy Female Only

Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 6,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Experience Required: 4–5 Years in Immigration Sales

Swift Global Consulting is looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager Female Only with a strong background in the immigration and overseas consultancy industry. The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing a sales team, handling immigration leads, achieving monthly targets, and converting prospective clients into successful registrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the immigration sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Handle and convert high-potential leads for immigration, work permit, and visa-related services.
• Monitor daily calls, follow-ups, conversions, and overall team performance.
• Set individual and team sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
• Train sales consultants on consultation techniques, lead handling, objection management, and closing.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to underperforming team members.
• Develop effective strategies to improve lead conversion and overall revenue.
• Ensure proper follow-up of new, pending, and interested clients.
• Coordinate with processing and management teams for smooth client handling.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.
• Ensure the team provides professional and accurate information to clients and follows company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of immigration sales experience is mandatory.
• Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Team Leader, or Senior Immigration Sales Consultant preferred.
• Strong knowledge of immigration, overseas employment, work permit, and visa consultancy services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
• Ability to manage and develop a sales team in a target-driven environment.
• Candidates with UAE immigration consultancy experience will be preferred.
