Sales Manager in Crawley - Leading gym brand £28K-£30K plus commission structure We are recruiting for this exciting fitness job in Crawley for a Sales Manager for a leading brand in the health and fitness industry. The role of a Sales Manager within this sector is an outstanding opportunity to develop your skills further and train and manage a team to success. What will you be doing? You will help to manage the whole team, creating a great atmosphere and club culture for both team members and members to achieve their fitness goals! Driving sales and marketing activities and developing plans to be successful, whether this means taking a lead on the clubs social media and interactive content or getting out and about involved in the local community planning events, outreach, and local networking. Delivering exceptional customer service looking after your existing members and working towards smashing your target bringing new members into the club achieving business KPIs. You will be able to lead sales yourself and have a proactive attitude and a hands-on approach. This role would really suit someone who is an experienced Sales and Membership advisor as well as someone looking for a new challenge! A little bit about you... You must be keen, driven, dedicated, with a passion for Fitness! Motivated to achieve business and personal goals. The ideal Sales Manager will have a background in the fitness industry. Confident! Be the face of the club and love building great relationships with your team and members, as well as within the local community and corporate businesses. And Finally, Calm and resilient, you will need the ability to resolve any club issues with a calm head, There are some areas that are extremely important and are areas that all their successful Sales Managers have in abundance, such as: • Sales - you’ll need to ensure you are driving sales, training your team, leading by example and giving them the opportunity to be successful • Standards - you’ll need high standards and a willingness to accept only the best of yourself and your team.
