Position: Sales Manager We’re seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. This role oversees daily operations, drives performance, and develops future leaders. Key Responsibilities Hire, train, and coach sales reps (run training classes & workshops) Lead weekly meetings, track performance, and drive quota achievement Perform ride-alongs (4–5 per week) and run 3+ personal leads weekly Review and adjust schedules, complete cancel-save appointments Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews Build a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with company goals Requirements One-call close experience (Exterior/Interior Remodeling) — required 3+ years in sales, 1+ year in sales management (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Details W2, OTE $175,000–$300,000+ (draw, commission & bonuses paid weekly) Benefits: Medical, dental, vision (after 30 days) Full-time, weekends required Field-based role
