About the Role As a Loan Advisor, you’ll connect with clients over the phone, listen to their goals, and help them secure mortgage options to improve their financial future. We don’t just sell loans; we offer education and support every step of the way. As a Sales Development Manager, you’ll lead a sales team of 2-6 individuals at various stages of their career development. Your growth will be directly tied to helping others achieve success in different capacities short- and long-term. Previous mortgage experience is not required. We provide a paid hands-on training program designed to give you the knowledge, tools, and confidence to succeed in this role. We are searching for individuals with strong communication skills and an interest in developing their sales career.
