So, we are seeking 3 new Managers in Training to assist with our growth!

Responsibilities
  • Hire, Train, and Develop: Onboard and develop new talent as we expand.
  • Close Deals: Engage in outside sales activities to close deals.
  • Develop New Opportunities: Use strategic sales tactics to find new business.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Tailor your sales strategies based on market data.
  • Set and Manage KPIs: Ensure that the team is obtaining quarterly KPIs and on track for annual revenue goals.
  • Use Tech Tools: Leverage technology sales tools effectively (we provide training!).
  • Manage Key Accounts: Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate: Work with our technical team to provide comprehensive solutions.
