We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join the expanding team at La Verde Facilities Management. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a proven track record in sales, ideally within facilities management or service-based industries. You should be passionate about building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and property managers
• Present and promote company services, including maintenance and facility solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive (Facilities Management or related field preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Knowledge of the UAE market is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
