Job Description In this role, you will focus on driving sales and account management for Vibe, our event targeting the sports, fitness, and wellness industry. You will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with global clientele, and achieving ambitious revenue targets. This is a proactive, results-driven role requiring a strong sales hunter mindset, excellent cold-calling skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Focus Areas: Achievement of sales revenue targets, campaign management, and floor plan management within timelines. Meeting KPIs set by the portfolio, including phone time, daily calls, weekly proposals, and CRM system usage. Generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach. Timely and accurate reporting of sales results, pipeline, and activities. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients, focusing on new business development. Execute sales strategies exclusively for Vibe, ensuring alignment with the event’s objectives. Conduct daily cold calls and pitch solutions confidently to prospective exhibitors. Assist with project timelines and deliverables for Vibe’s growth and success. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and content teams to ensure seamless execution of the event. Track sales pipeline and work toward achieving ambitious revenue targets. Attend other trade shows and industry events, showcasing professionalism and enthusiasm. Participate in weekly meetings to review progress, share insights, and refine strategies. Measures of Success: Achievement of revenue targets and pipeline pacing. Number of proposals submitted per week and pipeline closure rates. Effectiveness in cold calling and lead generation. Campaign planning and management results. Business development outcomes, including new client acquisition. Exhibitor satisfaction levels and retention rates. Qualifications Essential: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Proven B2B and/or events sales experience, preferably in exhibitions, and the sports, fitness, and wellness industry. Strong cold-calling skills and ability to confidently pitch solutions. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Familiarity with sales targets, pipeline management, and CRM systems such as Salesforce. Proactive, ambitious, and results-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Desirable: Experience with GCC markets or international sales. Background in wellness, longevity, or sports-related events. Strong communication skills.
