JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
As a Sales Manager, you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position. Ultimately, you should aspire to develop and maintain successful relationships with our customers. Sales Manager will report to Runtech Systems Sales Director.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Five or more years of experience in pulp and paper industry
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel 60 - 100 days a year

You can work from home or one of our offices in Finland (Tampere, Turku, Kotka). In this Sales Manager role you would have 60 – 100 travelling days a year.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Negotiate and close agreements with customers
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
