Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As Sales Manager you will be expected to create and maintain a highly engaged internal sales function.
Leading an office-based team who’s focus is on high customer engagement, the teams day to day role is to provide front line support and sales activity to a specified book of accounts. Promoting new Loqate products and services. The team also respond and qualify incoming leads form our existing customer base of over 12000. Once qualified the team support in handing the lead over to the appropriate account management team. Other functions of the team include regular outreach campaigns and initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Review, reset and restart daily team activities and expectations
  • Support and maintain the values of the Loqate Customer Success Program
  • Provide desk side coaching and training
  • Help coordinate and deliver tactical campaigns on behalf of functional owners. Examples – Promote and secure the retrieval of Voice of the customer surveys, User declaration forms. Health check forms and other business focused requirements
  • Work with marketing on delivering and improving nurture campaigns
  • Maintain records using the company CRM system
  • Provide financial forecasts to line management
