    No experience necessary. All career backgrounds are welcome! Training is provided via Aflac Sales Academy, a world-class training program. PLUS, we pay for a portion of your licensing course! Top-Notch Benefits: Benefits include stock bonus program, bonus rewards and exotic trips. Compensation is discussed in detail with the hiring manager during the interview process. However, it is a structure that includes Commission, Residuals, Bonuses, and Stocks.
