SALES MANAGER – INTERIOR FIT-OUT | UAE

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in the interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will have strong client relationships, a deep understanding of fit-out project sales, and a passion for delivering tailored solutions to high-end clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales within the interior fit-out or construction industry in the UAE
• Strong understanding of the fit-out project lifecycle
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
  Salary: 8000-10000 + Commission

Experience:

• Interior & Fitout: 5 years (Required)

Language:

• Arabic (Required)
• Hindi/Telugu/Malayalam (Required)

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fit-out market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients
• Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client expectations are met
