KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven track record in a sales role within the residential property market or real estate sector, ideally within the UK house-building industry.
- Strong track record of generating and managing a personal sales pipeline, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with prospective buyers.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and a good understanding of digital sales and marketing tools.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to independently generate leads and take proactive steps to build a successful pipeline.
- Customer-Centric: Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to providing a positive buying experience.
- Results-Driven: Focus on achieving sales targets and contributing to company growth.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to conduct market research and analyse trends to inform sales strategies.

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
As a key member of the International sales team, the Sales Manager will be instrumental in driving sales, with a primary focus on generating and nurturing leads from various sources. The Sales Manager will identify potential opportunities, engage in targeted sales efforts, and guide buyers through the purchasing process. They will play a key role in ensuring that our developments achieve sales targets through proactive, pipeline building and effective customer engagement.
