REQUIREMENTS

  • 7+ years of proven experience in sales management within international markets.
  • 3+ years of full-time experience in Dubai, with strong knowledge of the local market.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Fluent in English (verbal & written) – excellent negotiation and presentation skills are critical.
  • Knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage and will be considered a strong plus.
  • Full expertise in CRM systems and their strategic use.
  • Strong skills in lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Solid understanding of marketing and business development, with the ability to innovate.
  • Professional appearance, with executive presence and high influencing power.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and expand the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets.
  • Develop and execute advanced sales strategies tailored to global and regional markets.
  • Provide expert training and coaching to the sales team, ensuring continuous skill development.
  • Drive lead generation initiatives using modern tools and market intelligence.
