Key Responsibilities Manage the full sales cycle for agricultural irrigation projects - from lead identification to negotiation, closing, and follow‑up. Work directly with farmers, agricultural enterprises, and Netafim distributors to promote Netafim solutions. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and expand the customer base through proactive market outreach. Conduct field visits, assess customer needs, and provide professional guidance. Lead negotiations and close commercial agreements in alignment with company targets and pricing policy. Track leads, maintain an updated pipeline, and ensure timely follow‑up to maximize conversion. Collaborate with technical, agronomy, customer service, and supply chain teams to support project execution. Monitor competitors and market trends and identify new opportunities for growth. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and represent Netafim’s values and standards in the market. Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and updates for management. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Fluent English (spoken and written)- mandatory, for daily communication with regional and global stakeholders. Proven experience in sales, preferably in agriculture, irrigation, or related technical/commercial fields. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with farmers and distributors. High negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to close projects. Strong organizational skills and high personal discipline - ability to manage multiple tasks independently. Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region. Dynamic, proactive, and highly motivated individual with strong execution capabilities. Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Computer proficiency (Office tools; CRM systems
