REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6–10 years of professional experience, ideally in B2B sales or sales management
  • Proven track record in cold outbound environments (as an AE or team leader)
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with a performance-driven mindset
  • Familiarity with modern outreach tools like CRMs, LinkedIn, and phone/email platforms
  • Excellent communicator and active listener—especially over the phone
  • Hands-on approach; ready to lead by example in the early growth phase
  • Highly accountable and motivated to build repeatable success
Responsibilities
  • Manage, train, and support a team of SDRs booking outbound sales meetings
  • Set clear goals and monitor performance to ensure team success
  • Develop and refine talk tracks, outreach scripts, and objection-handling strategies
  • Test messaging and tactics hands-on to validate and improve team performance
  • Collaborate with the broader Growth team on vertical-specific campaign strategy
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and team expansion initiatives
  • Identify tools and workflow enhancements to boost efficiency and conversion quality
