Are you seeking new business opportunities through an inventive sales and marketing approach within Italy?
We are hiring a Sales Manager for the Italy market. The person, will be responsible for growing the sales of our entire product portfolio as well as continuing the sales with existing clients

Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Executing the sales strategy for the Italy markets, with a focus on growth in turnover for new and existing business relations / market segments
  • (Over)achieving sales targets
  • Identifying and actively monitoring business opportunities in FPI’s designated market segments and analyse competitor’s behaviour
  • Coordinating and delivering quotations in cooperation with the Inside Sales Team and Engineering Department
  • Contributing in a proactive way to the professional development of the sales organization

MORE TO KNOW ABOUT THIS ROLE:

  • You will be reporting to the Area Sales Sr. Manager
  • The position is home based working with regular visits to the Rome office but will require extensive travelling (50+ percent) throughout Italy and some overseas travel when necessary

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in a similar environment
  • Strong business acumen
  • Proven experience in selling project-based solutions or pipe systems
  • Good technical knowledge and aptitude.
  • Knowledge, experience and a network in different industries is a plus
  • Team builder who can include different functions and different levels of seniority (both internal and external)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, additional language would be desirable but not necessary.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office, CRM-software
