Jack Giambalvo Motor Company is now seeking a New Car & Truck Sales Manager at our Buick/GMC location! The New Car & Truck Sales Manager ensures that the dealership meets its new and used vehicle standards for gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. High school diploma or the equivalent. Professional personal appearance. Excellent verbal/written communication and negotiation skills. Valid PA drivers license and good driving record.
Experience in automotive finance and insurance procedures is required. Prior experience in a dealership management position required.

Responsibilities
  • Assist General Manager in determining monthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits.
  • Desking of sales deals and obtaining financing for customers in accordance dealership guidelines.
  • Perform duties as back up Finance and Insurance Manager.
  • Recommend to the General Manager procedures for short- and long-range advertising, sales promotions, staffing needs, lease promotions, compensation plans, customer complaints, salespersons’ evaluations, and car rentals.
  • Assist with hiring and training sales people
  • Coach sales people on best practices for closing more deals and provide guidance to improve performance.
