Do you thrive in dynamic environments and love building relationships? 8+ years of experience in sales of electrical products; preferably in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field Previous sales experience covering LV/MV Switchgear Systems, Busway, ATS..etc. Project sales focus Channel Partner Enablement Proposals Development Strong interpersonal and communication skills Developing knowledge of client business structure & strategy Ability to Work effectively with customers, co-workers, and cross-functional teams Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) The focus of this role is managing project sales business in western and southern region, building relationship with existing end users, contractors and partners, as well as identifying and securing new clients in the region. Meet and exceed assigned projects sales targets and meet organizational strategic objectives Prepare mapping for each client in the assigned territory to Identify the decision makers and influencers in each organization Establish, Own, Execute and continuously develop an agreed commercial account plan Support existing direct and indirect Panel Builder network in the region to achieve the pre-set targets through competency enhancements, audits, commercial support...etc. while coordinating techno commercial offers in a timely manner Generate demand from the market, focusing on engagement with decision makers and develop the best solutions to address customer's needs Develops and maintain a robust sales pipeline to drive business growth for our partners in the Western Region Recruiting experienced Panel Builders in the Western Region to provide support for medium and large -scale projects
