Job Summary The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing medium to large customer accounts by delivering a broad portfolio of technically complex solutions. The role focuses on building strong relationships with customers at senior organizational levels, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored, value‑driven solutions. This position will service and grow existing customer accounts within an assigned geography and is accountable for achieving higher sales targets. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow medium to large customer accounts, offering a comprehensive range of technically complex solutions. Develop and maintain relationships with senior decision‑makers and key stakeholders to understand customer requirements and influence buying decisions. Service and support existing customer accounts within the assigned geographic area to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Identify opportunities to expand business through upselling, cross‑selling, and solution‑based selling. Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized solutions aligned with customer and business objectives. Drive achievement of sales targets and revenue goals associated with the territory. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and reporting in line with company processes. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and sales governance guidelines. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technically complex or solutions‑driven environment. Experience managing medium to large accounts and engaging with customers at higher organizational levels. Strong understanding of solution selling and customer lifecycle management. Skills & Competencies Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills Ability to articulate and sell technically complex solutions Commercial acumen with a results‑driven mindset Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently within a defined geographic territory Travel Requirement Travel within the assigned geography as required.
