KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Experience:

  • 4+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the IT, telecommunications, or control room solutions sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving sales growth and managing client relationships across multiple APAC countries.
  • Experience working with complex sales cycles and high-value contracts.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of sales and account management principles, with a strategic approach to market development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the APAC region’s business landscape, with a network of industry contacts being advantageous.
Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve The Company’s growth objectives in the APAC region, focusing on key industries such as financial services, command & control centers, and other mission-critical environments.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets within APAC.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of The Company’s solutions, positioning them as tailored offerings to meet customer needs.

Revenue Growth & Targets:

  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets in line with company goals.
  • Lead negotiations for major contracts and agreements, ensuring successful closure and favorable terms.
  • Regularly update forecasts and sales pipelines to maintain accurate projections.

Client Management & Development:

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at both new and existing customers.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to identify evolving needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide post-sales support in collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful deployment and customer retention.

Channel Partner Management:

  • Identify and collaborate with regional channel partners, system integrators, and distributors to drive business growth.
  • Manage relationships with partners to ensure alignment with The Company’s strategic objectives.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust strategies and improve market penetration.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market conditions, and potential areas for growth.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Engagement:

  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to tailor go-to-market strategies, product offerings, and customer communications.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure a smooth handover from pre-sales to post-sales, focusing on delivering exceptional service.
