MUST HAVES

  • 1+ year sales/client facing experience (can also include HR, Recruiting or other external/internal client facing experience);
  • Great charisma, personable and strong negotiation skills;
  • Extremely self-motivated, high energy with excellent communication skills in English;
  • Ability to think strategically and identify growth opportunities;
  • Manage a monthly/yearly quota of revenue generation (mix of self-generated leads/prospecting and existing account growth);
  • VISA/ability to travel to the US.
Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Innovate and oversee the sales process to attract new clients;
  • Conduct outbound campaigns (linkedin, phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities;
  • Self-generate leads by researching potential clients and staying informed about industry developments;
  • Identify and research opportunities in both new and existing markets;
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions;
  • Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients;
  • Develop rapport with key decision-makers;
  • Translate proposals into ready-to-sign contracts;
  • Sales Presentations:
  • Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients;
  • Customize proposals based on each client’s specific business needs;
  • Networking and Conferences:
  • Attend industry conferences, meetings, and events to expand your network;
  • Represent our company professionally during in-person interactions;
  • Sales Lifecycle Ownership:
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to kick-off.
