Our Sales Managers help to ensure incremental sales above and beyond community plan, ensure Sales Consultants meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly goals and provide on –site skills development for Sales Consultants in the areas of sales contracting, conversion rate and decrease cancellation rate.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of five years’ new homes sales experience. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver’s license.
