Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As the Outbound Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and developing a dynamic outbound sales team. This role requires hands-on outbound experience, a passion for coaching, and a sharp commercial focus. You’ll be expected to build a high-energy culture, enforce standards, and ultimately drive qualified opportunities that contribute to revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead from the front with active involvement in outbound sales efforts including cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting.
  • Coach and develop sales reps through regular call reviews, 1:1 sessions, and targeted skills training.
  • Monitor and analyse team performance using sales metrics (e.g., dials, connects, conversion rates).
  • Adjust tactics and strategy based on performance insights and market feedback.
  • Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to activity and quality benchmarks.
  • Foster a high-motivation culture built on energy, resilience, and positivity.
  • Translate commercial strategy into daily actions and clear direction for the team.
  • Support reps with pitch refinement, objection handling, and value-driven messaging.
