Job Description After 11 years of strong growth, Commuty is structuring its sales organization to reach a new stage of growth in Belgium and internationally. We are looking for a Sales Manager to join its Sales / Customer Success team, which includes both direct and indirect sales profiles. Your main objective will be to grow the revenue of an existing client portfolio & handle partners by generating new opportunities You will be responsible for following the pipeline generated by following channels: Cross-sell & Upsell Define and implement growth strategies for your client accounts and their international subsidiaries Lead upsell, and cross-sell initiatives across your portfolio of client accounts generate and develop a strong sales pipeline Achieve cross-sell and upsell sales targets Partners Management Work closely with system integrators and distribution partners on your accounts Build and maintain detailed account mappings for key accounts Generate and develop a strong partnership community and pipeline Collaboration & Client engagement To be successful in this role, it will also be important to Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Product Owner and the Business Development team to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities Meet Key clients regularly on-site to build strong relationships with champions and key decision-makers Attend networking events to strengthen relationships and expand your professional network Gather and share client feedback on the product to support continuous improvement by the technical teams Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot), including opportunities and client interactions Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills ability to persuade and influence stakeholders At least 3 years of experience in sales for large enterprise accounts within a SaaS environment, A minimum of 5 years of overall professional experience (excluding internships and apprenticeships) Proven ability to build relationships at Technical and operational level Native Dutch speaker,and fluent in English and French are required, as you will support clients in their international expansion Enjoy face-to-face interactions — this role requires frequent client visits and participation in events Resilient, adaptable, and able to bounce back quickly Additional Information What you'll get Tremendous growth opportunities Be a part of a dynamic team focused on taking Commuty to the next level Cool work environment that is caring, fun, and collaborative International work environment Office in Louvain-la-Neuve and Brussels, with a strong culture of remote work A salary package in line with your experience and skills Last but not least, the satisfaction of making a positive impact on society and employee well-being ‍Will you fit in our culture?
