REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree holder
• Minimum 10 years’ experience (Window Film or Paint Protection Film industry would be an added advantage).
• Computer literate, good communications skills in English (Mandarin is must), High attention to details, Network with key players in the market and develop the market intelligence and feed to marketing manager to develop effective sales strategies.

1. New account acquisition

• Work with distributors to acquire new dealers
• Work with customer sales representative to close cold leads

1. New white box customers:

• Work closely with big box suppliers / competitors to service them in private brand or white boxes.

1. Grow distributor business:

• Market visit with distributors
• Develop distributor specific business plan and implement the same

1. Networking with key stakeholders in the market to develop market intelligence:

• Competitors (manufacturers, dealers, distributors)
• Social Media Influencers
• Global distributors
• Car dealerships
