THE JOB: As a (Group) Sales Manager, you sell a minimum 85% of the time. Your primary sales focus is to further cultivate and develop the specifically within the small group market segment with an annual quota. The Small Group Sales Manager is responsible for driving business focusing on programs with 10–35 guest rooms on peak along with associated event and catering needs. The remaining 15% is dedicated to administrative tasks, reports and team activities. This role requires a proactive sales professional who excels at identifying, cultivating, and closing partnerships to achieve revenue goals while expanding the organization’s client base. This role will reports to: Director of Sales & Marketing Requirements College degree and/or a minimum of 2 years of hotel sales Proficiency in Microsoft office Proven success in sales and client relationship development experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or a related field preferred strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (Delphi experience a plus) Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Understanding of Revenue Management principles and practices, including pricing strategies When joining our team as a Sales Manager, you will be offered: Pay Range of $70k - $75k annually Bonus eligible up to 13.5% in accordance with bonus plan criteria.
