Job Description About This Role You will manage the operational responsibilities of the area covering sales and administration so as to ensure smooth daily running of the branch/ location/ region and achievement of profitable targets. You will report to General Manager, Sales IE. Managerial/ Supervisory Role Manage and review the daily work performed by the Sales team according to set standards following Konecranes policies and performance goals. Manage the budget allocation for the assigned area on an ongoing basis. Conduct periodic performance appraisals for the staff, provide feedback to improve staff performance. Identify the skills required by the staff to perform their assigned tasks, and provide appropriate training opportunities to acquire these. Functional Role Lead the sales team to establish and expand customer base so as to increase the sales of company products to achieve sales targets set for the Region 1. Develop sales strategies and set sales targets for sales team to identify potential customers, increase business opportunities and increase sales growth in the assigned region. Collaborate with customers to understand issues, gather feedback and provide consultative solutions so as to develop customer relationship in all phases of the sales cycle. Conduct market research and track customer information, analyze and forecast sales data so as to keep up-to-date with market trends, product knowledge and technology and to retain market competitiveness. Develop prospect, customer list in our Customer Relationship Management, Siebel CRM system, for sales leads and ensure its completion and update by relevant staff. This includes the use of Siebel CRM as a communication tool with all sales staff and. Conduct periodic sales or business plan review meetings with sales team to brainstorm ideas and suggestions to improve market presence. Monitor the issue of invoices to customers and ensure that payments are collected and credited into our bank account promptly to ensure healthy cash flow. Identify areas of improvements in sales and administrative procedures, develop action plans and follow up so as to ensure successful implementation. Carried out HSE meeting on a monthly basis and ensure the submission of the minutes of meeting to the HSE Manager at the Head Office. Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standard Qualifications You have Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Marketing or any related discipline 5+ years of sales experience in the equipment sales or related field with at least 3 years' experience in people management.
