Description
We are looking for Sales Manager in Korea. The Sales Manager (Korea) is responsible for the day-to-day growth and management of LionsBot’s commercial activities in South Korea. This role focuses on supporting our existing dealer network, identifying new partnership opportunities, and driving product adoption through hands-on demonstrations and account management. Key Responsibilities * Dealer Support & Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for Korean dealers. Assist their sales teams with technical queries, lead follow-ups, and sales closures. * New Partner Identification: Research and reach out to potential new dealers to expand our geographic and vertical reach within Korea. * Direct Sales Support: Conduct product demonstrations and site surveys for large accounts, including government facilities and commercial hubs, to support the dealer’s sales process. * Training Delivery: Execute sales and basic technical training for dealer staff to ensure they are proficient in operating and pitching LionsBot products. * Market Monitoring: Track competitor pricing, local promotions, and tender announcements. Provide regular reports to the Singapore office on market sentiment. * Event Support: Coordinate and staff LionsBot booths at local trade shows, seminars, and networking events. Requirements & Qualifications * Professional Experience: 5+ years in Business Development, Account Management, or Channel Sales. Experience in cleaning equipment, industrial machinery, or technology hardware is preferred. * Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in Korean and professional working proficiency in English (for internal reporting and communication with Singapore HQ). * Technical Comfort: Ability to learn and demonstrate robotics hardware and software interfaces. * Sales Track Record: Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a multi-step sales cycle. * Logistics: Willingness to travel frequently within Korea to support dealers and clients.
