Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join the Leopalace Resort Guam team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, business development, and technology. Fluency in Korean language required. If you are a motivated individual with excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the Korea travel market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth
- Conduct technical sales presentations to showcase product features and benefits
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technology sales or related field
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Mandatory Fluency in Korean
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
