HIGH-LEVEL SALES MANAGER – HOME IMPROVEMENT

We are a 35 year old established fast-growing home improvement company seeking a high-functioning, experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale an already strong sales team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of proven success in sales management in the home improvement industry
• Strong leadership, accountability, and team development skills
• Must be motivated to take full ownership of the team’s performance
• Ability to lead by example with a hands-on approach
• Data-driven decision-making and performance tracking experience

• Manage and coach a team of in-home sales professionals
• Hold team accountable to company KPIs: demo rate, close rate, net sales
• Hire, train, and onboard new reps when needed
• Build a results-driven, positive team culture
• Design and implement strategic sales plans
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth handoff from sale to install
