We’re looking for a driven and commercially-minded Sales Manager to our client - a global payment aggregator helping businesses worldwide accept online payments via cards, e-wallets, and local methods. As they expand into new markets and onboard fast-scaling clients, they are building a high-performing sales team to power the next stage of growth. This is a full-time, on-site position — the role requires working from the office. 🔍 Responsibilities: Identify, engage, and onboard new merchants across international markets. Drive full-cycle B2B sales: from lead generation and pitching to closing deals. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to manage and track sales performance. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction. Stay on top of industry trends and client needs to drive value-based selling. Represent the company at international conferences and industry events. 🎓 Requirements: 1+ year of experience in B2B sales within FinTech, e-commerce, SaaS, or IT. Proven success in lead generation and closing new client partnerships. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Pipedrive or similar. Intermediate+ level of English (for international client communication). A proactive, structured, and goal-oriented mindset.
