Job Summary:** The Sales Manager for LAP (Loan Against Property) in Madurai H&S (Housing & Small Business) is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve targets for loan origination and portfolio growth within the designated region. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Job Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve and exceed LAP sales targets in the Madurai H&S market. * Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, providing ongoing training, performance feedback, and support to ensure their success. * Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by building strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, financial consultants, and other relevant intermediaries. * Manage existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. * Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly. * Monitor and analyze sales performance data, prepare regular reports, and present findings to senior management. * Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory requirements related to LAP products. * Collaborate effectively with credit, operations, and other internal departments to streamline processes and enhance customer experience. * Participate in promotional activities, roadshows, and other marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. * Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently. Job Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. * Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within the financial services industry, specifically in LAP or secured lending. * Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. * In-depth knowledge of LAP products, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape in Madurai and surrounding regions. * Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. * Proficiency in local language (Tamil) is mandatory, along with good command of English. * Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
