We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and fostering relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in sales management, particularly in technology or technical sales environments.
  • Knowledge of Laser Cleaning or Dry Ice Blasting
  • Strong understanding of account management principles and customer service best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Ability to work in an outside sales capacity, engaging directly with clients in various settings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and team members alike.

    Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
