Base: $100,000 – $130,000 + Performance Bonuses ($40K+ OTE - $100k-150k)

Experience:

• Sales management: 2 years (Preferred)
• Real estate sales: 5 years (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Real Estate License (Preferred)

• Audit and rebuild our sales rhythm: pipeline reviews, follow-up cadence, objection handling
• Manage 3–5 sales agents with a mix of coaching and accountability
• Build and execute sales training for discovery, follow-up, and closing
• Hire and onboard new agents to meet future growth
• Work with the marketing team to give real feedback on lead quality
• Own the sales dashboard: calls, meetings, show-ups, closes, time to sale
• Report weekly to CEO on targets hit, lessons learned, systems improved
