Responsibilities
  • Represent and uphold the Four Seasons brand promise in all client and industry engagements.
  • Promote the hotel’s luxury offerings to FIT leisure segments including tour operators, OTAs, wholesalers, and concierge services.
  • Proactively identify and secure new FIT leisure business opportunities across key international and domestic markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key travel advisors, agencies, and industry partners.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and entertainment activities to drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Attend global and regional trade shows, sales missions, and industry events to increase brand visibility and market reach.
  • Analyze market trends, booking patterns, and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Create and execute tailored sales strategies to maximize transient leisure revenue and optimize RevPAR.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management and Marketing to align promotional offers and rate strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data in CRM systems to support targeted sales efforts.
  • Prepare and deliver timely reports, forecasts, and sales performance analysis.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination across hotel departments to support client satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment in managing client relationships and closing business deals.
