Leith Lincoln seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our leadership team at a prestigious luxury automotive dealership. This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-oriented professional with a passion for developing talent, elevating client experiences, and driving performance in a premium retail environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven success in automotive sales leadership, preferably in the luxury segment
  • Strong background in training, team development, and performance management
  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Results-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering consistent excellence
  • Experience with automotive sales software, market analysis tools, and other relevant technologies preferred
  • A college degree is preferred; however, equivalent work experience in automotive leadership will be considered in its place
    Total Compensation $125,000 - $150,000
Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on leadership and training to a high-performing sales team
  • Approach coaching and employee development with a consistently positive, supportive attitude that motivates and uplifts team members
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and client-first service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Proactively engage clients both in the showroom and by phone, ensuring every interaction reflects the standards of a luxury brand
  • Lead by example through a visible, energetic presence on the showroom floor
  • Manage new and pre-owned vehicle inventory, including pricing, market-based repricing, and ensuring optimal vehicle mix
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and/or General Sales Manager to identify and execute marketing opportunities that drive traffic and promote inventory
  • Build and maintain a strong, professional relationship with OEM representatives to support brand initiatives and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards
  • Ensure an exceptional showroom experience that is seamless, refined, and memorable
  • Support additional responsibilities and special initiatives as directed by dealership leadership
