This is not a cold-calling environment but a fast-growth sales floor where urgency, trust, and decisive action deliver results. As Sales Manager, you’ll balance your own deal-making with leadership responsibilities, ensuring consultants hit targets, sharpen their negotiation skills, and consistently deliver investor success.
Top performers at Let Property regularly achieve 7% commission on £120k–£150k in monthly deals, with consultants averaging 5% on £50k–£70k. In this leadership role, you’ll benefit not only from your own sales performance but also from the growth and success of the team you lead.
