We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead and drive performance within our high-energy sales team. You’ll work directly with high-net-worth investors while also taking ownership of team results — coaching consultants, refining processes, and setting the pace for fast, high-value deal flow.
This is not a cold-calling environment but a fast-growth sales floor where urgency, trust, and decisive action deliver results. As Sales Manager, you’ll balance your own deal-making with leadership responsibilities, ensuring consultants hit targets, sharpen their negotiation skills, and consistently deliver investor success.
Top performers at Let Property regularly achieve 7% commission on £120k–£150k in monthly deals, with consultants averaging 5% on £50k–£70k. In this leadership role, you’ll benefit not only from your own sales performance but also from the growth and success of the team you lead.
