LiFi (Light Fidelity) is one of the new growth engines for Signify. LiFi is a range of optical wireless communication systems, providing fast two-way communication that’s reliable, secure and has a low latency. LiFi offers multigigabit connections that can guarantee transmission of heavy data loads. Using light to communicate it’s ideal in places where RF is not permitted or does not work.
Signify is looking for a Sales Manager for the Benelux, UK & Germany for Public Segment - LiFi who will be responsible for helping us meet our ambitious growth targets. Growing our LiFi business and being leader in this technology is one of Signify’s priorities. You will:

You will accelerate the LiFi market penetration by creating new sales opportunities. You are the ambassador for the LiFi technology towards key customers in this region (MoD, Government, NATO, Defense contractors, integrators, and secure offices. You will generate new deals and future alliances to realize our growth. Together with the central team of LiFi Business Unit you will build new propositions and go-to-markets to make our impact even bigger; you will have an integral and crucial part of our growth! You will also:

  • Be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales growth plan to enable profitable growth of Signify in the LiFi business.
  • Be responsible for the conversion of business opportunities to actual deals and revenue with support from LiFi Business team. Also, for maintaining existing accounts.
  • Generate sales leads supporting the business targets and long-term strategy (Sales, Profitability, Productivity).
  • Represent Signify LiFi at events, sales meetings, and customer visits in the market utilizing your existing network within MoD, Government, NATO countries, Defense contractors, integrators, OEMS and Schools and secure offices.
  • Be responsible for value-based pricing on deal level to realize optimal value creation
  • Give input to and work with Segment Leaders for new solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with Signify Benelux, UK and Germany organization, and external delivery partners.
  • Report into the LiFi Business Unit Global Sales Leader and will be part of the larger Innovation organization
