JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Sales Manager – Lighting to lead our sales efforts, expand market reach, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lighting solutions, sales strategy, and client relationship management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the lighting industry or related sectors in UAE
• Strong understanding of lighting products, solutions, and market trends.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships and strategic partnerships.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and drive business growth.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Lightening sales: 5 years (Required)
• UAE Lightening Sales: 1 year (Required)

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction, real estate, and hospitality sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and key clients.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and client requirements.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business performance analysis to management.
